"The driver was very nice and the car was very nice and clean. I was though not sent the car/driver/number plate I was told I would have. So whilst I understand and I am fine with this being changed, I felt like I should have had an email telling me this with the new car and driver information on as I was looking for a vehicle that wasn’t there and could have made me or other people especially woman feel unsafe. "
