"The driver couldn't find the pick up point in Bristol even though i had spoken to the head office the day before and sent a map with a dropped pin location so that wasn't obviously passed to the driver. But the driver called me and was patient in finding the location. He waited an extra 30 mins for us as our event ran over slightly in London. The vehicle was nice and comfortable and cool."
