"We were being picked up from a concert and it was gridlock traffic. He was only 5/10 mins late. We walked to meet him as it would of been impossible to get to us in the traffic. I tried to call the emergency number I was given to ask where he was, or possibly for him to arrive earlier. But noone ever answered.
Other than this he was a good driver and we all got back to the hotel safe. And he did communicate with me. Called me at 11.30 on the dot to say where he was. And what the situation was. "
