"I'm not normally a complainer, I can understand things do not always go smoothly and that people make mistakes. But I do get seriously annoyed when lack of logic and complete stupidity come in to play. Due to short term emergency I book a taxi to get us to the railway station to get to the airport for a flight. I would have spoken to someone, preferably, but here is a website that manages it all for you, wonderful. So I book in the evening for 8am pick up. You e-mail me at 4:30 in the morning saying it can't be done by original driver and I need to rebook, click this link but you only have a short time? Seriously? at 4:30 in the morning?!? I didn't suddenly not need a taxi anymore did I? Why the hell did you not just put it with the first driver who COULD do it? I wake up at 6:30 in the morning to get ready to find I am £55 out of pocket and no taxi. Can you imagine how stressful that is when you have to fly and all your money left in your account is gone. I can't even begin to express how unbelievably stupid I think that system is. Who wouldn't want to just have the next replacement taxi. I think you need to seriously consider the process of the website. Surely the whole reason is to make the customer experience more smooth, so just get them a taxi for goodness sake. If I had just phoned around I would have been told, no, no, yes. Done. So how does your site help anyone if it just lets drivers cancel and doesn't arrange a replacement, literally, what is the point? "
