"Overall it was a very good experience. The driver was waiting for us at the appointed time. My only observation, was the driver was very fixed on the Post Codes of the drop off points, and the route to them from his Sat Nav. We had another person in the Taxi who just wanted dropping off on route on what I would think to be the most direct route to the first 'drop off' point. But the Driver was very fixed on going the route shown on his SatNav. Not a problem as such, and I understand that it is a fixed price on the drop off points, but this would have been a 'no cost' change of route. "

"I give 3 stars overall, because there was confusion over pick up at Luton Airport. I thought meet and greet meant meeting with a sign in the foyer. He eventually rang, but I couldn't hear, so he sent me a text to go to the area away from the terminal. I got there and there were loads of different pick up areas. I texted him to say I was randomly standing in area E and then he drove over to pick me. The driver himself was a nice guy"
