"The driver was on time but he was not waiting outside the station entrance as I had expected, so I couldn't spot him. He was on the car park adjacent to the entrance but I was not to know this! However he had arrived on time and explained why he had to park a little further away. He was very polite and friendly; also a careful driver! Apart from this, communication was very good and although my train was delayed by 15 minutes, the driver waited for me: thank you.
