"In actual fact my flight was nearly 2 hours late and as soon as I was notified I phoned the number given in my booking form. I was informed that the company had already seen the delay and had adjusted the pick up accordingly. They would be following the flights progress.
I arrived at Southend airport and when I switched my phone back on, I was told by a message from the driver that he was waiting at the pick up point.
As I approached the vehicle, the driver ran towards me and immediately took my bag which he placed in the car.
Then a very safe drive to the hotel.
All round an EXCELLENT service and I strongly recommend the Company"
